Sunday Dinners
February 6th, 2026 | Homewrecker Arts

This group exhibition comprised of works by Hannah Langer, Mable Ni, and Ainsley Steeves.

The oven is cooling down as a savory aroma of cooked food fills the house. The table has been set with plates and serving ware. We gather around for dinner to be served.

Sunday Dinners is a collaborative exhibition that highlights a longstanding tradition of gathering every week for a meal - this meal acts as a way to pause and make memories together. Hannah Langer, Ainsley Steeves, and Mable Ni individually create works that are then in conversation with each other through their placement in space. These moments of collaboration showcase their friendship and lives as artists.

We welcome you to our ‘home’ and invite you to explore what makes our home into more than just a physical space. Pull up a chair and join us for our Sunday dinner. ”

Nostalgic Frameworks
December 12th to 13th, 2025 | UTK SOA Gallery 1010
Framework /ˈfrāmˌwərk/ n.
A structure or frame supporting or containing something; a basic conceptual structure (as for ideas); a supporting structure around which something can be built

A sense of place is often defined by the experiences specific to the location and the memories brought to it. However, the emotional relationship we create with a place is often dependent on if the bond is based on the place itself, the people associated with it, or a complete immersion with the location—i.e. growing up in a space. Largely due to the amount of moving I experienced growing up, my sense of place is often grounded in my relationships with people; in their absence, objects I associate with them stand in for their presence.” (cont.)
